My Holiday’s Plan


The holiday will come soon! Do you have a plan to go to somewhere? It will be interesting if you have it.

I have some plan to go to somewhere in my holiday. In my first mind, I will go to Salatiga to visit my uncle’s home. I will go to my grandparents’s grave first when I have arrived there. I also have a plan to go to the library in this city. I will be there around 3 days and then I will back home. My second plan is I will go to Jogja with my best friend, whose name is Meylani. We will go to the beach and take some beautiful photos in there. And the last plan is I will go to the cinema with my aunt because her hobby is watching the movie and she ask me to accompany her to watching the movie in this holiday.

    hallo aura it's nice writing . In next holiday I hope that I can go to somewhere that has a nice view , maybe I will go to the beach.
    btw, I also want to go with you to jogja maybe with other friend too so we can have some experience together . Do you mind ?^^

Hello guys! This is my third post in my blog. In this time, I will tell you about the special snack from my region, Kendal. This snack is from Kaliwungu, one of the sub-district in Kendal. The people called it “Kerupuk Pasir”. Kerupuk Pasir, or better known as Kerupuk Useg, is a popular snack in this city. The people call it as Kerupuk Pasir because it is fried by using a sand, not an oil. And “Useg” (Java) has the meaning that the frying process is rubbed in the sand. The ingredients to make this snack are tapioca flour, salt, shrimp paste, flavor, coriander, garlic, and food coloring. Then, all the ingredients are mixed and milled and then it is shaped like a noodle. After then, it is boiled around 15 minutes and then it is dried under the sun. The drying process is about 5-6 hours. After dry, it is dipped in garlic marinade and then it has to dried under the sun again until actually dry.
